After morning prayers Father Herbert headed to his study and again rang about the replacement part. He was told that the workmen would be there tomorrow.
After that Father Herbert went to see Brother Blachford who was working away on his Paint-By-Numbers-Portrait-Of-Christ whistling as he did so.
Brother Blachford had no artistic talent whatsoever and as a result his Paint-By-Numbers-Portrait-Of-Christ was just terrible. The colours, the brush work, everything about it was awful. Father Herbert had never seen anything so terrible in his holy little life.
